Getting started
How do I create an account?
Choose Create account, select Landlord or Tenant, confirm your email, and complete the short setup. Use the email address your landlord used if you are accepting a tenancy invitation.
Can one browser window hold two accounts?
Browser windows normally share sign-in cookies. Use a regular window for one account and a private window or a different browser profile for the other account during testing.
Account access and privacy
I forgot my password.
Choose “Forgot password?” on the login page and follow the secure email link.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and confirm your identity with your current password or Google sign-in. Your sign-in and personal account details are removed immediately. Shared records may remain anonymized where another party needs the record.
Who can see my information?
Private records are limited to authorized users connected to the relevant property, tenancy, lease, repair, inspection, or message. Review the Privacy Policy for details.
For landlords
How do I connect a tenant?
Add the property and unit, create a tenancy invitation using the tenant’s account email, and ask the tenant to accept it from their notification bell.
Why did a listing disappear?
Listings are automatically removed from public search when their unit becomes occupied. A landlord can also pause a listing manually.
Can I remove a document sent by mistake?
Yes. A landlord can delete a shared document from the lease workspace when removal is still permitted by the document workflow.
For tenants
Why can’t I see an invitation?
Confirm that you are signed in with the exact email address used for the invitation. Invitations appear in the notification bell and tenant workspace.
Can other tenants see my maintenance requests?
No. A tenant’s maintenance page is limited to requests created by that tenant for their connected tenancy. The authorized landlord can also view and update them.
Documents and electronic signing
How do I sign?
Open the shared document, choose Sign document, review every page, type your legal name, complete each colored field assigned to you, confirm consent, and choose Finish signing.
What if something is wrong?
Do not sign. Use Request changes and explain what must be corrected. The other party receives a notification.
Is this legal advice?
No. Homora provides signing tools and an audit record but does not determine whether a document is legally sufficient. Review the Electronic Records and Signature Consent and consult a qualified attorney when needed.
Rent and payment records
Does Homora move real rent money?
Not yet. Homora currently records charges, balances, offline payments, and receipts. Never send bank information or money based only on a message in Homora. Verify payment instructions directly with the other party.
Repairs, safety, and emergencies
Use Maintenance to report ordinary repairs and follow status updates. For fire, gas leaks, immediate danger, crime, or threats to personal safety, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service first. Contact the landlord or property emergency number for urgent property issues. Do not rely only on a Homora notification.
Contact Homora support
Email support
Include the email on your Homora account, what you were trying to do, and any error message. Do not send passwords, full bank details, or full card numbers.
